We use Royal Mail (UK postal service) airmail for all national and international orders. It is affordable and secure but can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive at certain countries due to custom clearance.

We cannot be responsible for packages that have become lost or stolen via postal system. In any account that a package is lost or stolen or you have provided the wrong address, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund. If you are worried about either of these threats, a tracked order is recommended. This service is provided by Royal Mail www.royalmail.com , as soon as the parcel is transfered over to the destination country the tracking number should be consulted on the local Mail Service provider! ATTENTION Tracking Service not available for P.O.Box addresses because it requires signature! Tracking service is optional and extra charge will apply.
We offer our customer to return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us for return instructions before doing so. However, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
All returns must be accompanied with its original packaging as a proof of purchase.
Item lost, stolen or damage by the delivery company:
- We can not be responsible for packages that have become lost, stolen or damage via postal system. There is a specific form to be filled up to claim the value back from the delivery company.

Pictures need to be sent proving the item isn't working or is broken, the pictures are going to be analysed to identify the nature of the damage: poor quality or bad usage. Only after the analyses the replacement will be shipped!
